Jenny Young, from Felsburg Holt & Ullevig, will share her presentation on the Lincoln MPO On-Street Bicycle Facility. The Lincoln MPO is developing a Bike Plan to identify an on-street bicycle network that builds on the City’s extensive trail network. Lincoln’s vision is to be a bicycle-friendly community where bicycling is safe and convenient for all, and a common form of transportation and recreation.
