The Lincoln-Omaha-Council Bluffs Association of Transportation Engineers (LOCATE), a local chapter of the Missouri Valley section of ITE (MOVITE), celebrated its 14th year as a chapter in 2019. Through the leadership of our president, Ryan Haas, the chapter continued its commitment to providing professional development opportunities for public and private sector transportation professionals in the Lincoln-Omaha-Council Bluffs area as well continued support of the Drive Smart program.
In addition to our general meetings, LOCATE continued its participation in:

• The Annual NEASCE/LOCATE Transportation Conference (co-sponsor).
